First Letters of Light Meeting (10/12/2025)

At our first meeting, we wrote 40 letters for adolescents in eating disorder recovery. This session had a fun fall and animal theme, and the kids absolutely loved it! It was a wonderful way to spread encouragement and brighten their day.
